PRE-MEETING TOURS , ACCOMPANYING PERSONS" TOURS, STUDY TOURS AND SOCIAL PROGRAMME

Before the meeting, some tours are being arranged to enable delegates and accompanying persons to learn about Vietnam beautiful landscapes from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam to Halong bay - one among leading natural world wonders and Bai-Tu-Long bay, the best bay with wonderful sight of various islands next to the Halong bay.

During the meeting, a number of touristic excursions are being planned for accompanying persons, providing opportunities to get to know the history and culture of the host country. There will be a chance to cook with culinary artists in Hanoi, as well as chances to take cyclo city tours and see water puppet show. A trip is planned to Thay pagoda in west Hanoi which presents a beautiful legend about the origin of the water puppet arts. Another trip is organized to caves in south Hanoi including Bich-Dong cave which is among the most beautiful grottos in Vietnam.

Several technical tours are being arranged to enable delegates to learn about Vietnamese current activities in hydropower development, and large dams upgrading. One trip will visit Hoa Binh Dam, which was built in the period 1979-1994. As well as the technical visits, the trip will include a visit to MaiChau District, a mountainous village of Thai minority. Another trip is planned to the complex of HamThuan - DaMi Hydropower plants on the LaNga River upstream inside the DongNai river basin.

After breakfast at your hotel, at 8:00 AM our tour guide and bus will pick you up at the lobby and transfer to Ha Long Bay. Drive 170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red River Delta where you'll see many farmers tilling their green fields to Halong city

When arrival Halong Bay, you will visit one of the nicest bridge of Vietnam - Bai Chay oversea bridge. Back to the boat quay, get on the boat - travel to Halong bay, one of the leading world Heritages, where twice UNESCO recognised as World Heritage. The bay of the Descending Dragons, an ideal place for small boat excursions, boat will take you around the bay, exploring some of the mysteries Grottoes and Caves on the islets, among thousands of stone islands. Have lunch with seafood on Boat.
